Ankle sprain, pain in the front ankle and the great toe can happen while walking due
to the weakened muscle. Walking and running can make them worse. Oppression pain
together with local pains can happen in the front inner border and great toe.
1.Put the tip of the tape on the spot where the great toe begins, diagonally.
2.Straighten the ankle as far as possible. Put the tape along 1cm next to the
shinbone past the central ankle.
